This table contains an inventory of monthly bulletins held in the Mountaineers Archives. For an inventory prior to downsizing the collection in October 2016, see this page. (For an inventory of Lowell Skoog's personal collection, see this page). Notes:
- We also have 2 bound books sets of bulletins, V1Vol 1-5, V6Vol 6-10 (complete), as well as a bound set from V1 to V27 (1911-1935). Both sets of bound bulletins have interesting bonus material--rosters and prospectuses and annual outing reunion programs, player programs, etc. Our individual bulletin collection does not include such things. For instance, May 1911 V1 #3 is missing (it is a prospectus). Supplement to April 1912 is missing, etc.
- We also have bulletins bound together with the bound annuals for the following volumes: 1941-1945, 1950-1959, 1962-1976.
- We also have file folders of loosely "bound" bulletins: Jan 1960 to Sept 1991, complete.
- As of Oct 4, 2016 we are retaining 3 unbound copies of each bulletin, plus one additional copy for hard-binding. Volumes before 2008 have already been hard-bound.
