Trophy was awarded from 1923 through 1940, excluding 1936. | Archives, C2NT | This is the second oldest Mountaineer ski trophy, after the Women's Skiing Trophy first awarded in 1922 (location unknown). The trophy is in fragile condition. The skier's right foot is detached from the ski (weld gone) and he is attached only by the left ankle, which is wiggly. (Possibly attached by an internal rod.) |
